A) scan of passport page containing passport number details and photo B) Date and Flight of arrival into Suriname and C) Purpose of the visit. This information will be processed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Suriname and after their approval, a VISA ON ARRIVAL ENTRY DOCUMENT and a 2 page Visa Form (to be completed by the applicant) will be sent to the applicants preferred address. These 2 documents should be presented at the Immigration desk in Suriname arrivals along with 2 passport photos, copy of Passport page and the relevant payment. |
